JOB CODE AD- Business Lounge(Delhi,Mumbai)(Opening with Event Management Company)(CTC-7 TO 9 Lacs)
Job Role & Responsibilities:
AD/ Deputy AD Business lounge will manage set of sectors mentioned in the table.She/He will be responsible for new business development in the specified sectors and with the existing clients.She/he will be directly responsible for the project plan, creative and project costs whereas will be accountable time lines and production. She/he will need to support his/her Account Service Manager to closely co-ordinate with operations, production and client interface.She/He needs to close on business with working only with MNC’s, Indian Companies, Corporates, Infrastructure companies
Knowledge & Capabilities:
The person will need to have following knowledge and capabilities with task horizon of one year:
Industry Perspective:Very good understanding of how the Advertising or BTL or relevant agency runs their business.Fair understanding of developments in the respective sectors mentioned in the table. Consumer insights with respect to the sectors.Value chain of the individual organizations within these sectors.Competitive play amongst the organization within the sectors.

KRA:
Responsible for new business development for certain sectors/industry.Revenue responsibility per year as per his/her size of Team Members.Responsible for Project Closure with the client.Responsible for business from the current clients including new proje.Accountable for the project costing .Accountable for creative, operation time line planning and production.Joint responsibility (with team members) for the payments from the clients
Experience:Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Exhibition space selling or media selling, advertising or agency side will be added advantage. This person has to have good sales and partly marketing background and separate business unit development potential. This person would be some one who has been operating at a Manager Level at space selling company or Business development team of ATL/BTL company .
